The KS Fit app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store .

To register for the app, first download the KS Fit app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store .

Before you begin registration, please change your country/region in the app settings. Registration via phone number is only available for Chinese users. Customers outside of China must register using their email address.

After purchasing the Kinomap bundle, your 12-month Kinomap subscription code will be automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check your inbox; the email may also end up in your spam folder.

You can use purified or distilled water. Purified water generally lasts longer; with the addition of a bluing agent, it can stay clear for up to six months. We recommend changing the water every four to six months, replacing only a third of the tank each time. The rowing machine's tank has water level markings—please do not exceed them.

Our machines are made of high-quality rubber wood. The heartwood is naturally darker, resulting in color variations between different sections. This is a characteristic of rubber wood and does not affect quality—it is part of the material's natural charm.
